Group Practices

Bhakti Vinyasa is a soulful, devotional flow that weaves together movement, music, mantra, and intention to awaken the heart and connect you to the essence of yoga — union through love. Rooted in bhakti, the yoga of devotion, this class invites you to transform your practice into an offering — a moving prayer that celebrates life, gratitude, and spirit.

Through creative vinyasa sequencing, breath-led movement, and moments of stillness, we journey from the physical to the mystical — balancing strength with surrender, and discipline with devotion. Expect uplifting playlists or live chanting, opportunities for kirtan-inspired mantra, and gentle guidance that encourages personal expression and emotional release.

Each class becomes a sacred ritual — an exploration of flow, rhythm, and devotion, where you’re invited to feel rather than perform, to express rather than perfect.

You’ll leave feeling expanded, connected, and luminous — with your heart a little more open and your spirit deeply nourished.

Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice that invites you to pause, soften, and journey inward. Rooted in the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Taoist concept of balance, Yin focuses on stillness and surrender — nourishing the deeper layers of body and mind.

In this class, postures are held for 3–7 minutes, allowing the body’s connective tissues — fascia, ligaments, and joints — to gently release tension and regain elasticity. Through steady breath and mindful awareness, we cultivate a sense of spaciousness in both body and spirit.

Each pose becomes a meditation in stillness, a moment to listen, feel, and observe the subtle energy (Qi or prana) flowing through the meridian pathways. Yin Yoga balances the dynamic "yang" aspects of life, offering deep restoration for the nervous system and a return to inner harmony.

Expect a tranquil, candle-lit atmosphere (if in person), gentle guidance, and plenty of silence — all designed to help you slow down, release, and reconnect with yourself.
